Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States. We strive to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders over $74 ship free.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Xtreme Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are delivered. Optional ShipInsure package protection is offered at checkout and covers shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.

We use USPS as our shipping carrier. If you would prefer FedEx or UPS, let us know at the time of the order by email at info@xtreme-brands.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. A different carrier may involve additional cost or delay. In using USPS, you accept that there may be transit issues including, but not limited to, delays and mis-deliveries, and that tracking information might not appear in the system until the package has already been delivered.

Shipping labels are created directly from the information you provide at checkout. We will make every effort to get corrections made, but cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are unsatisfied with our product within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To return an item, email info@xtreme-brands.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions.

First-Order Discount (NEWXTREME25)

The NEWXTREME25 code takes 25% off the Rapid Relief Roll-On and TRIBe Organic Mushroom Coffee. It is valid once per customer, cannot be combined with other product or order discounts, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Purchases are completed through our secure Shopify checkout and are subject to these same Terms.

2. Modifications to the Terms. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Use of the Site. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.

4. Account Registration and Security. You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

5. Auto-Renewal and Subscription Terms. Some services or product subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled by you. We will inform you of the renewal term and any changes to the fees or terms in advance.

6. Dispute Resolution. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights. The content, features, functionality, and design elements of the Site are owned by Phoenix Product Technologies LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or use any content without explicit permission from the copyright owner.

8. Prohibited Uses. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts. You agree not to compromise the security of the Site or attempt to access secured areas or sensitive information.

9. Limitation of Liability. Phoenix Product Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site.

12. Disclaimer. By purchasing our products, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any statements on this site or any materials or products we distribute or sell have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration ("FDA"). Neither the products nor the ingredients in any of the products available on the site have been approved or endorsed by the FDA or any regulatory agency. The products on the site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information on this site is designed for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for informed medical advice or care. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, we suggest consulting with a physician before using any of our products.
